Huntemannstraße day care centre

The Studierendenwerk offers 29 places in the Huntemannstraße day care centre. Children between the ages of 8 months and three years come to us. Children of students are given special consideration for admission.

We place particular emphasis on experiencing nature - not only in our large, varied outdoor area, but also on our excursions into the surrounding area.

What makes us special

The location

Our daycare centre is located in the middle of Eversten, with a natural garden and old trees.

The staff

A large and young team of authentic, committed professionals will look after your children.

Our excursions

We go out several times a week, for example to the botanical garden, Eversten Holz or the weekly market.

The good food

We prepare breakfast ourselves, with food from Ecoción and Diers Hof. Lunch is provided by the organic-certified Uhlhornsweg canteen run by the Studierendenwerk.

Childcare hours

Morning group (14 children)
8 am to 1.15 pm

All-day group (15 children)
8 am to 4 pm

The daycare centre closes for at least 20 working days a year. We coordinate the closing times with the school and term holidays. The centre is also closed between Christmas and New Year and on public holidays. The centre closes for a further week per year to allow for training and renovation work.
