At our locations, we offer a total of 16 different residential complexes for different needs in various forms of living, from large shared flats to individual flats. The location always offers good accessibility to the universities.

About the rent
Our rents are made up of three components in accordance with the General Rental Terms and Conditions : Basic rent, flat-rate operating costs and flat-rate energy costs. The flat-rate operating and energy costs include rubbish collection, heating, water and waste water, building cleaning, garden maintenance and electricity. This flat rate is calculated on the basis of a forward-looking calculation and adjusted accordingly on a regular basis. However, there are no additional payments.
The amounts stated on our website are approximate and serve as a guide; the actual rent may differ. The amount stated in your tenancy agreement is always decisive.
The rent does not include any fees for a private telephone connection or the licence fee of currently €18.36 per month per household(information on exemption and regulations in shared flats).
