How do I proceed?
You can simply come to the open consultation hours unannounced with your concerns. There you can clarify what it is about, what help is available at the PBS and what form of support you would like without having to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can make an appointment by phone or email.
Depending on what has been agreed, this will be followed by further one-to-one meetings (possibly also meetings for couples) or participation in a group programme. If it seems necessary, the PBS will of course also provide information about external therapy options. Counselling can take place in person on site, by telephone or online via the Big Blue Button.
Counselling is available in German and English.
